According to Bill and Nancy Thackray - Located on the grounds of Bill and Nancy Thackray's all-natural Beefalo Ranch, this market provides the local community with fresh, organically raised groceries. The market sells a variety of grass-fed beefalo steaks, roasts, sausages and ground meat raised on the ranch. In addition to many Beefalo products, the market also sells grocery items from the local Amish communities, as well as organically raised poultry, organic farm fresh eggs, and milk.
