According to Lauren Bell - Blueberries is a breakfast, brunch, and lunch cafe. In the summer, 75 percent of the produce, dairy and eggs comes from Wisconsin farmers' markets. Organic food is used whenever possible. Blueberries is open Friday through Monday from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. with extended hours during special events in downtown Racine. Currently cash only. Many of the cafe's plates were donated by the community or came from thrift stores. The owner refurbished old tables and chairs to give the restaurant and unique look and pleasant feel.
