The "Eat Local First!" campaign means I've committed to sourcing organic and other high quality ingredients from local farmers and producers who practice sustainable methods. For client home meals, classes and catered events, I search farmers markets, community groceries, seafood markets and my own garden for food at its seasonal peak, and select the freshest, purest products available.
