According to Will and Sue Halser - Prairie Hill Farms offers grass-fed beef and lamb along with pastured poultry. Our Murray Grey cattle produce tender, great tasting meat on a diet of pasture and hay with no grain. Our animals are raised in a stress-free environment without hormones or maintenenace antibiotics. We offer a convenient 25-pound beef assortment pack and individual cuts as well. Our pastured chickens and turkeys are available frozen in summer and fall.
