According to Roger & Dawn Hubmer - Roger and Dawn Hubmer own and operate a small 5th generation family farm in southern Minnesota, where they raise corn, soybeans, chickens, and breed Berkshire hogs. Our hogs are known for their superior meat quality traits. No extra solutions are needed to add back in flavor, our pork has it naturally. We grind our livestock feed from the grains we raise using sustainable farming practices. This provides our animals healthy, safe feed plus preserves the land for the next generation. Our livestock is raised outdoors and in deep bedded shelters, as much as possible, year round. Our chickens are raised the same way that Dawn's Grandma Holteen did, outdoors with lots of TLC! The meaty breed of chickens has a large abundance of white meat, juicy dark meat and healthy yellow skin. They are soon to be a hit at your family's Sunday dinner. Our beef is pastured, corn-fed, and, of course; raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. Our historically choice and prime cuts are aged for 10-14 days.
