According to David Swartzentruber - We are a grass-fed dairy farm in western Pennsylvania. We milk 70 jerseys, ayrshires, and crosses seasonally, feeding only grass, dry hay and baleage, in addition to supplemented molasses, minerals and apple cider vinegar. We are in our final year transition towards organic certification and trying to manage the farm as naturally as possible. This year, we have grass-fed steers for sale by the half or whole, and we hope to become certified to sell raw milk in the future if there are interested buyers in our area.
