According to Eric Zakarison and Sheryl Hagen-Zakarison - Zakarison Partnership produces pastured poultry, lamb, and organic hard white wheat. Our chickens and turkeys are raised on grass in mobile pens, and fed grains produced at our farm. Poultry processed on farm by WSDA permit and inspection. Our lambs are born/raised on grass, finished with organic hay and oats. Poultry available June-November, lamb December-March.
