Kim Christensen will show off her gluten-free, allergy-friendly cooking at the Minneapolis Farmers Market's Market Talk. Kim, whose website, Affairs of Living, is a resource for allergy-friendly living, develops innovative and delicious recipes free of gluten, sugar and most major allergens. Kim will prepare two of her amazing dishes: Cultured Kohlrabi Pickles and Garlic Scape-Spinach Pesto. Sampling and recipe cards will be offered and all products used are available at the Market
Market Talks, which are free, take place every Saturday at 10:30, rain or shine, in Market Square next to the Market Information Booth.
