SIMPLE, GOOD, AND TASTY™ FOOD LOVER CARD RULES

The SIMPLE, GOOD, AND TASTY FOOD LOVER CARD provides you with discounts and promotional offers from restaurants and merchants “loved” by Simple, Good, and Tasty LLC (“SGT”).   These rules (the “Rules”) shall apply to your use of the SIMPLE, GOOD, AND TASTY FOOD LOVER CARD (the “Card”).  Each restaurant or merchant that provides discounts or other promotional offers shall be referred to as a “Merchant” or “Merchants”.  The discounts or promotional offers made by such Merchants shall be referred to as the “Offer” or Offers”.

Percentage off Discounts
If an Offer states a percentage off, you will receive the stated percentage off the designated item or your total bill, excluding tax, tip, alcohol and sale items - up to the maximum value stated on the Offer.

Buy-One-Get-One-Free Discounts
When purchasing two or more main-course entrees or menu items, the Merchant will deduct the least expensive main-course entree or menu item, up to the stated maximum value of the discount provided in the Offer. For Merchants offering one complimentary "menu item" when a second is purchased, a "menu item" is considered a main-course menu item.

50%-Off Discounts
If the Offer discount states 50% off, you'll receive 50% off the designated item, up to the stated maximum value on the Offer.

Dining Alone Option
Some Merchants include a "when dining alone" option clearly stated in their Offers. These are valid only when dining alone and may not be used when individual diners join other people at a table.

Dining in Groups
When more than two people dine together, the following guidelines apply:

  • One bill per table (no separate checks), unless it's the Merchant's standard policy to provide separate checks.
  • Only one Offer may be used for every two people, up to a maximum of three Offers per party
  • The least expensive entrees or menu items in the party are complimentary, up to the stated maximum value on the Offer.

Dining with Children
Offers do not apply to children's menu items. When dining with children, you must purchase two or more adult-priced main-course entrees or menu items in order to get one free, up to the stated maximum value on the Offer.

Free Offers
In most cases, to qualify for a free Offer or complimentary item, you must purchase goods or services from the Merchant making the Offer. Such Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or awards program/offer.

Limited Use Offers
Please note that some Offers can only be used a limited number of times. This means you can only use that Offer a specific number of times per subscription year. For example, if you subscribed on January 8th, 2007, went to "Joe's Diner" on February 9th, 2007, and if the Offer made by Joe’s Diner was "one-time only", you could not use another Offer at Joe's Diner until after January 8th, 2008.

Tipping
For satisfactory service, the tip should equal 15-20% of the TOTAL BILL before the discount on the Offer is subtracted.

Holidays
Discounts cannot be used on major holidays, including: Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day and Father's Day. NOTE: Some Merchants also observe other regionally celebrated holidays. If in doubt, please check with the Merchant.

Other Items to Note:

  • Offers cannot be used with children's menu items, discount-priced daily specials, senior citizen rates, Early Bird specials, carryout/takeout, buffets, etc., unless otherwise noted.
  • Offers are exclusive and may not be combined with awards programs, other discount dining programs or offers or Merchant specials.

Other Rules

  • Offers are void if purchased, sold or bartered for cash.
  • Offers void if more than one coupon is printed per customer.
  • Limit one Offer per visit.
