As a personal chef I can function in many food realms, but the bulk of what I do is cooking and storing food for clients on a regular basis in their own homes. There is always much curiosity around the hiring and occupation of a personal chef. Here, I share a bit about the process, affordable ways to budget, and how it all works.

Life, Easier

I begin the cooking day at the market where I select the best possible organic and locally grown produce, meats, and other ingredients. In your kitchen, I prepare an agreed upon number of wholesome meals that have been tailored to your requests and dietary restrictions. I store the meals in the refrigerator or freezer, label them with thawing and re-heating instructions, clean up, and leave behind ready-to-go meals and wonderful aromas from preparing the food.
