Saturday morning at 10:30, Healthy and Gourmet's Natasha Singh will show you how to have your cake and eat it, too. Using ingredients from the Market, Singh, whose specialty is the creation of low-fat, nutritious gourmet food, will prepare Salmon Cakes with Sweet Potatoes, featuring fresh salmon caught by market vendor, Matt Oxford of Wild Run Salmon. Singh's second recipe is an easy-to-assemble Raspberry Trifle, taking advantage of the beautiful berries still available at Market.
