Seafood Producers Cooperative (SPC) is the expertﾒs choice for wild, natural, hook & line caught King, Coho and Chum Salmon, Halibut, Sablefish, Albacore and Rockfish. SPC is a cooperative of over 500 premier hook & line fishermen who troll the icy-cold, pristine waters of Alaska, harvesting their catch in the open ocean at their peak of qualityﾗone fish at a time. Each hook & line caught fish is handled individually, dressed and iced (or frozen) as soon as it is on board ensuring the ultimate in quality and freshness. Over 65 years of production, processing, and marketing expertise give SPC customers the confidence of knowing their seafood needs will be provided for completely and efficiently. SPC participates in fisheries that are managed wisely to ensure the long-term sustainability of wild and natural fish stocks as well as the economic stability of coastal communities. SPCﾒs Alaska caught products are all produced in sustainable fisheries. They have been recognized by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) as sustainable fisheries and are listed as "Best Choices" by the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch. All of our fish are processed under rigid standards and procedures strictly controlled by our approved HACCP Plan. Our Sitka, Alaska facility is Kosher certified and can provide you with Kosher certified Sablefish, Halibut and troll caught King, Coho and Chum Salmon.
