Bednarek's Bison

According to Barb and John Bednarek - Welcome to Bednarek's Bison. We're located just north of historic Princeton, Wisconsin, in beautiful, rural Green Lake County. Bednarek's Bison is a friendly bison ranch that offers boneless cuts of succulent bison meats, as well as providing free individual and group tours. Our small, family-owned ranch is home to 30 to 40 animals. Our bison are grass-fed only and recieve no hormones or growth stimulants. Antibiotics are used only when necessary to maintain the health of an animal. All our meat processing is done in a state approved processing plant. We feature individual cuts of heart-healthy bison meat, as well as sausage products. In addition to our on-farm store (which is open whenever we are home), you can find us weekly at the following farmer's markets May through mid-October: Waunakee, Wednesday from 3 to 6 p.m. Portage, Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. Lodi, Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. Oshkosh Festival Foods 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Princeton's famous Flea Market in the City Park, Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. From November through March we are at the Downtown Appleton Winter Farm Market held at the City Center-10 College Ave. We are there the first, third and fifth Saturdays of the month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. And in the fall, find us at the Green Lake Fall Festival.
