According to Win Borden - The Brainerd Area Farmers market is sponsored by the Lakes Area Growers Association. For the 2008 produce year the market opens on Tuesday, May 13th and is open every Tuesday during the growing season from 9AM to 1PM. The market features a vast assortment of plants, vegetables, herbs, cut flowers in season as well as farm prepared fresh bread and jams and jellies. All locally produced.
