Another project by Restaurant Alma's Alex Roberts. This time, the food is the extremely well-done soul food of the southern United States and South America. The menu is set up as a meat-and-three. Choose your favorite roasted meat and three of the side dishes - from fried plantains to collard greens. The sides are good enough for a meal in themselves.
Both the Minneapolis and (new) St. Paul locations are terriifc, gorgeous places. The food is also great for takeout.
