According to Richard & Kim Cates - We offer lean, natural Angus beef: frozen cuts, smoked summer sausage, beef sticks and jerky. Our steers are grass-fed and free-range; most are grass-finished. Certified by Food Alliance Midwest, indicating our meat is raised sustainably, locally, antibiotic and hormone free, and land and water friendly.
