Nina Wong and Thomas Gnanapragasam created Chin Dian Café in order to share their flavorful Asian cuisine, a unique blend of Chinese and Indian cooking techniques with hints of Malaysia and Vietnam. The diverse menu features local, organic, grass fed and free-range meats and vegetables when in season, accentuated by Nina Wong’s signature sauces. The restaurant sources locally from Kadejan Inc., Thousand Hills Cattle Co., Pastures a Plenty, Amor Pork and Larry Schultz.
