We bring local, organic, and seasonal food directly to our customers. We cater weddings, business lunches, and private parties with ingredients from some of Minnesota's finest, including Shepherd's Way, Dragsmith, Dehn's Garden, Southeast Minnesota Food Network, Thousand Hills, Larry Schultz, Kadejan, Hope, Equal Exchange, and Niman Ranch. Our kitchen waste is composted through Eureka Reycling and 75% of our kitchen staff use bikes as their primary mode of transport.
