According to Fred Colvin - We are a 4th generation family ranch located in Thurston County. We are continuing the Colvin Ranch tradition of raising cattle on native grasses to produce delicious, tender beef. This heritage is your assurance that we can be your reliable source for locally produced meat. Our beef is available as a half or quarter, or also we have "Beef by the Box"- a 30 pound box of frozen packaged meat containing a variety of cuts.
