According to Huw Williams - Earth Cycle Farm raises Celtic-Cross cattle strictly on certified organic pasture. Even in the wintertime, the cattle are fed grass and hay only. This ensures lean, healthy, flavorful meat exceptionally high in Omega 3's. Most cattle are processed in the summer and fall, when the pastures are the greenest. Quarters, halves and whole beef are available. Please call well in advance to reserve an order and arrange for processing.
