Elmbrink Farm, a family farm in Young America, MN, specializes in raising heritage hog breeds including red wattle, large black, tamworth cross and berkshire hogs sustainably and humanely. Our heritage breeds, many of which are considered critically endangered, produce the highest quality pork on the market. Hogs are rotationally pastured on grass and clover during the growing season. Pork available by the cut, half or whole hog. We can also be found on the menu of Terra Waconia in Waconia, MN.
