According to Kelli Estrella - Estrella Family Creamery makes 19 different varieties of raw milk cheeses, using the fresh milk from their herd of pasture-raised cows, sheep and goats. In an area that was once home to over 500 dairies, Estrella Family Creamery occupies 164 acres on what was once a traditional dairy farm. All animals are raised outdoors, where they can feast on green grass, and are never treated with hormones or antibitotics.Estrella Family cheese can be purchased at several local stores, as well as at the Olympia Farmers' Market.
