According to Tony or Margaret Franich - We are a small family farm, located near Mt. Rainier. We do not use any chemicals, pesticides or hormones. We believe in doing things the old fashioned way. We believe it is our responsibility to do our best to live in harmony with the land. For, we are thankful for its bounty.The farm mainly produces all-natural pork, but duck, goose, guinea hen, and pastured beef are also available in limited supply. The hogs are raised on organic grain and are available for purchase in ﾽ and ﾼ cuts. The orders are sent to a local butcher who can cut and wrap according to customer specifications. Orders can be picked up from the butcher, who may also provide delivery to certain areas. Customers are advised to call to inquire about what's currently available and to place orders for a later date. Most of the ducks are Muscovies, but some Rouen are available.
