According to David and Elizabeth Lewis - Goose Island Farm sells 100% grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised chicken, eggs and Thanksgiving turkey. We are located 30 minutes north of Tulsa in Talala, Oklahoma.We raise food for our family and our customers with the simple goal of producing the healthiest, best tasting product possible. No antibiotics or animal byproducts are given to our meat animals. We don't inject steroids or other growth-promoting hormones. Our farm is open to inspection by the most demanding inspectors in the world??you, our customer.Beef is available by the cut or by the side. We sell lamb by the whole or half. Chicken is by the whole and eggs are by the dozen. We sell at the farm but we can probably arrange delivery if you need it.
