According to Deanna and Duane Klindworth - The Klindworth family raises lamb without the use of antibiotics or hormones on their farm outside of Augusta. Butchered locally and frozen fresh, they offer a number of unique lamb products in addition to the standards. Customers can place orders for either whole or half carcasses, cut to their specifications. Individual primal cuts (legs, racks, chops, etc.) are also available, as well as processed products, including kabobs, steaks, strips and summer sausages. Lambalot Acres meat is offered at the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays each week. Orders can also be picked up at the farm with advance notice.
