According to Jon Klingenberg - Jon Klingenberg has raised cattle naturally from when he first started Manning Farm in 1996. He raises a rare heritage breed: Irish Dexter and grows all of his own hay. Cattle are pasture raised and are never fed antibiotics or hormones. Manning farm also raises a range of organic vegetables for grain, and specializes in growing a variety of asian vegetables.
