According to Terry Diedrich-Ranch Owner - Navarino Valley Elk Ranch produces natural farm-raised Elk from Wisconsin. We have been raising Elk west of Green Bay coming on our 11th year. The ranch is located on the outer perimeter of the 3000 acre Navarino Wildlife area. We have been serving the restaurant, bar & grill, grocery store, and specilaity stores throughout Wisconsin and surrounding states. The Ranch prides itself on high quality farm raised Elk products such as steaks, burger, jerky, snacksticks, summer sausage, roasts, and pastrami.
