According to Adria Shimada - Parfait sells organic artisan ice cream from a beautiful custom-designed mobile parlor. We make all of our products, including our delicious hand-rolled cones, completely from scratch in small batches. Parfait uses 100% certified organic dairy, eggs, and produce that we source directly from local farms. Our ice cream is made from only pure, real food and usually contains five or fewer ingredients.
