According to Kent & Jane Goplen - Prairie Land Farm raises all-natural, pastured beef and pork just east of the South Dakota border in Canby, Minnesota. Our animals are never administered antibiotics or hormones and, while they are raised primarily on grass, their grain feed is completely free of animal by-products. Beef is available seasonally from spring to fall; orders are accepted at any time. Customers can pick up their orders at the farm or directly from the meat locker in Canby. Our meat is available in quarters or halves and customers pay by the pound. Please call for availability and pricing.
