According to Karin or Paul Hoagland - Quiet Creek Ranch offers naturally-raised Angus beef and lamb year-round. Pork is availably seasonally, specifically in the summer and fall, as is the pastured poultry. Turkeys can be purchased in August and for Thanksgiving. Eggs are available at the farm.
