Rambo Farms is owned and operated by two brothers who specialize in raising European Red Deer. The orginal first 25 deer on this farm were from New Zealand, and today the herd has expanded to include over 200 deer. All of the animals are raised in a natural setting, with plenty of space to explore, and no use of hormones or antibiotics. Current venison products include sausages, jerky, steaks, roasts, ground venison, patties, stew meat and tenderloin.
