According to Greg Schoenbachler - Silver Springs Cattle Company offers all-natural, organic, Black Angus beef. Cattle are raised naturally on pasture from start to finish, conception to consumption. All the animals are hormone and antibiotic free, non-confined, pasture-raised, and offered straight grass-fed or grass and grain-fed. Beef is sold in quantities of half (one side) or whole. Customer order only. Annual sales are limited to the number of animals birthed and raised throughout the calendar year. When you place an order, a specific animal is raised according to your specifications; the finished meat is then cut, wrapped, and packaged any way you like it. The product can even be delivered right to your door with no extra charge for our customers residing in the greater Puget Sound areas.
