All of their animals are raised humanely without synthetic hormones, antibiotics, or "anything you can't pronounce." All animals are 100% grass-fed, and with hay added as a supplement in the wintertime. The beef comes from dairy steers that are a minimum of two years of age. The lambs are heritage breed Jacobs and Jacob crosses, which produce excellent quality meat on a grass diet. The pigs are also heritage breed Tamworths, available in limited amounts. Also available is chevon meat (young goat) and free-range chickens, which are sold one to three times a year. Aside from the poultry, all meat is sold by the whole or half.
