According to Eric Roenning (owner) - While not a restaurant, per se, as there's limited seating space and no wait staff, Artamos Meats & Deli offers sandwiches and pre-prepared foods made from some of the cleanest, all-natural, high quality meats around. The meals cater to the lunch and dinner-to-go crowd. Located close to many West-side businesses, Artamos is a great place to pick up a quick, healthy lunch. If you have an order for 5+ of your coworkers, call by 10am and the deli will have lunch ready for pickup! Artamos also offers and, perfect for tailgates and lunch and dinner parties. Be sure to call at least three days in advance. Aside from meats, Artamos also offers salads made from a mixture of local and organic greens. All meats served and prepared at Artamos are antibiotic, hormone, animal by-product, and gluten free. Moreover, the meats have very little nitrate content. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 9:00am - 7:00pm; and Sunday, 11:00am - 5:00pm.
