According to Janet McNally - At Tamarack Lamb & Wool we have combined the quality clover pastures produced in our cool Northern summers with 30 years of experience and the Premier Lamb breed of France to produce an outstanding dining experience. All our breeding sheep live outdoors on pasture all year round tended by livestock guard dogs. The lambs are born in spring, and reared on milk and clover and at Tamarack, offer our customers a choice between a totally pasture fed lamb, and a pasture reared, grain finished lamb.
