According to Bob Adams - Timber Hills, a timber-protected 70 year old farm, produces organic beef year round. The cattle are raised on pastures free of synthetic chemicals, and their feed is supplemented with organic grains, corn, oats, barley, hay grown on the farm, and kelp/minerals. Timber Hills also raises lamb (seasonally), pork, and eggs, all which you can pick up from West Locker in Washington, which processes Bob's meat before others to prevent contamination.
