The Co-op is a haven for those looking for foods grown without pesticides, and for environmentally responsible products. Herbs and spices are sold in bulk, as are grains, nuts, flours, granola, etc., so it's easy to purchase just the amount you need. Organic teas and coffees are also available in bulk. Trillium offers a good selection of wheat-free products and a solid selection of natural nutritional supplements that includes children's vitamins and homeopathic remedies. Hours: Monday to Wednesday, and Friday, 10am to 6pm Thursday, 10am to 8pm Saturday, 10am to 4pm Sunday, 10am to 2pm.
