According to Katie and Mike Parish - U Rock Ranch welcomes everyone to visit our farm, which features naturally raised and finished Highland Cattle. Our cattle are pasture-raised without the use of chemicals or growth hormones, and our foraging acres are free of fertilizers and herbicides. Our beef is dry-aged and processed humanely to ensure a flavorful, tender product. U Rock Ranch is located 1/2 mile east of Mayville and 3 miles north of Hwy 33.
