According to Betty Lou Cauffman - Established in 1994, Valley View Emus produces both meat and oil products for personal use from their herd of naturally-raised, free-range emus. Feathers, eggs and leather are also periodically available. All products are available for sale with at the farm (call ahead, please!), at the Dane County Farmers Market in Madison and through mail order.
