Our goal is to provide our customers with the best tasting and most tender beef and pork we can. The beef and pork are raised the old fashioned way to be sold directly to you, the consumer. We can accommodate any family size from one person to a large family. We raise our cattle naturally with NO hormones, NO steroids, NO antibiotics for 12 months prior to butchering and NO cheap feed substitutes which can alter the flavor of the meat. We offer retail packages one steak at a time, quarters and halves. All sausages and specialty items are made with the same lean ground chuck you will find in our patties. No added fillers or other meats. No MSG! We offer over 10 steak cuts, 8 types of roasts, over 10 sausages, many misc. items, even beef bacon and natural cheeses.
