According to Casie and David Monge - A family farm located on 140 acres South of Spokane off Hwy 195, www.woolridgesheep.com/default.html Wool Ridge Sheep Company features pasture-raised, grass-fed lamb and free-range chickens and eggs. Lamb is generally available year-round straight from the farm. The animals are sold whole and processed into custom cuts. Be sure to call the farm ahead of time to inquire about availability and place your order. Eggs are always available by the dozen and chickens are only available occasionally. It's best if customers call to inquire about chicken availability as they are just a side project; the lamb is the main thing.
