James Beard-award nominated chef Alex Roberts strives to showcase local ingredients at Restaurant Alma. The restaurant specializes in its prix-fixe. Flavors and techniques from all types of cuisine are used, and combined in new menus each 6-8 weeks. The food is upscale and contemporary, with strong flavors. Much of the food is made from scratch in-house, and if it isn't it has been crafted by artisans.
