sorry, dumb question as i've never worked with cipollinis before - about how long should the caramelizing process take? i'm thinking 15-20 mns as well?
this would rock for a picnic where you don't have to worry about it being at a particular temp (or mayo going awry in the heat). yum and thanks!

I just posted on my other blog (www.knitthink.typepad.com) what I did with my box from last week. I'm having a little "Iron Chef" showdown this summer with a friend who gets her CSA from the same place. We're having a lot of fun--and I found some wonderful recipes this week.
The chard and carrots look amazing (not that all the other items don't). I could easily think of a few things I could do there. Too bad the weather isn't ideal for a little al fresco dinning tonight...
