July Simple, Good, and Tasty Dinner Tonight at the Red Stag Supper Club

Here are the details for tonight's dinner:

  • Amuse: Smelt Fries and house Relish Plate
  • Salad: Local Heirloom Tomatoes w/ Arugula, Cucumber Granita, Basil Seed Caviar, and Tomato Consomme 
  • Entree (choice of): Grilled Pork Loin & Braised Pork Belly w/ House Made Guanciali, Sweet Corn, Sorrel; House made Tortelloni w/ Mushroom Duxelle, Corn Puree, Pecorino Tuscano (vegetarian option); or Brick Pressed Chicken w/ Broccoli ala Romana
  • Dessert: Raspberry Tart w/ Lemon Curd, Almond, Mint
Chef Brian Hauke will be talking with us about the food and where it comes from, and Kim Bartmann, owner or the Red Stag Supper Club (as well as Barbette and Bryant Lake Bowl) will discuss the restaurant's LEED certification. The Red Stag Supper Club is one of my favorite places to eat, and it's sure to be a fantastic night. Thanks in advance for being there.
